Communication Process of Online Seminars

The process of communication that we use on Fridays at the online seminars of the University Degree, will be as we detail below.

  • Before the issue of the seminar, links to the platform for connection (GoToWebinar for video and audio) (UBER audio translation) will be sent to participants by e-mail.
  • All attendees will gain access through the Platform for webinars GoToWebinar.
  • GoToWebinar will be the platform to deliver video and audio for attendees of the same language.
  • If the attendee will need translator, because those who gives the seminar will make it in their own language, the attendee should watch the video through GoToWebinar and should receive audio by the translator through the UBER application in his/her language. In this case he/she would have to mute the sound of audio from GoToWebinar or make it quieter to be able to listen the translation through UBER
